<p>These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Icono Building
  Design website at <a href="https://www.icono.com.au/">www.icono.com.au</a>
  (the &ldquo;site&rdquo;). By using the site, you agree to be bound by these
  terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.</p>

<h2>2. Intellectual property</h2>

<p>All content on this site · including text, photography, graphics, layout,
  logos, icons and source code · is the intellectual property of Icono Building
  Design or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international
  copyright laws.</p>

<p>Project photography, drawings and design documentation belong to Icono
  Building Design and the respective project owners. You may view and download
  material for personal, non-commercial use, but you must not reproduce,
  republish, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any content without the
  prior written consent of Icono Building Design.</p>

<p>The &ldquo;icono&rdquo; wordmark and the orange &ldquo;O&rdquo; device are
  marks of Icono Building Design.</p>

<h2>3. Third-party websites and services</h2>

<p>This site may link to or integrate with third-party services. Icono
  Building Design does not control these services and is not responsible for
  their content, availability, performance, terms or privacy practices. Your use
  of these services is governed by their own terms and policies.</p>

<p>Third-party services we currently use or may use on this site:</p>

<ul>
    <li><strong>Cloudflare Pty Ltd</strong> · website hosting (Cloudflare Pages), DNS, CDN, security and bot mitigation (Cloudflare Turnstile on contact forms).</li>
    <li><strong>Formspree, Inc.</strong> · contact form processing and email forwarding.</li>
    <li><strong>Google LLC (Google Analytics 4)</strong> · anonymous website usage statistics.</li>
    <li><strong>Google Fonts</strong> · web font delivery.</li>
    <li><strong>Facebook (Meta)</strong> · social media profiles linked from the site.</li>

<h2>4. Professional services disclaimer</h2>

<p>Information on this site about our services, capabilities, project work and
  process is provided for general information only. It is not a substitute for
  project-specific advice from a qualified building designer.</p>

<p>While we make every effort to ensure information is accurate and up to
  date, design fees, project timelines, council approval requirements, scope
  inclusions and material specifications vary by project and are confirmed only
  in a written design agreement.</p>

<p>Project images on this site may show works at different stages of
  completion, with various builders and consultants involved. Reference to a
  project does not imply that all elements depicted form part of an
  Icono-supplied scope.</p>

<h2>5. Accuracy of information</h2>

<p>We use reasonable efforts to keep this site accurate and up to date, but
  information may change without notice. Statutory references, council
  requirements, BDAA accreditation and the National Construction Code change
  from time to time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no
  warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, currency or
  suitability for any purpose of the information on this site.</p>

<h2>6. Limitation of liability</h2>

<p>To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Icono Building Design
  and its directors, employees, contractors and agents exclude liability for any
  loss or damage (including indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss,
  loss of profits, business or data) arising from your use of, or inability to
  use, this site or any content on it · whether under contract, negligence or
  any other basis.</p>

<p>Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer
  guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot
  lawfully be excluded.</p>

<h2>7. Acceptable use</h2>

<p>You agree not to:</p>

    <li>Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.</li>
    <li>Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, server or network connected to it.</li>
    <li>Interfere with the proper operation of the site, including by introducing viruses, scraping content at scale or attempting to bypass security measures.</li>
    <li>Use any data on the site to compete with Icono Building Design or to solicit our clients.</li>

<p>We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The &ldquo;Last
  updated&rdquo; date at the top of this page shows when changes were last made.
  Your continued use of the site after a change is published constitutes
  acceptance of the revised terms.</p>

<p>These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
  You and Icono Building Design submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
  courts of New South Wales.</p>
