The TMD describes the consumers the product is designed for. Links to underwriter TMDs are provided with each quote.</p> \ <h3>Product Disclosure Statements (PDS)</h3> \ <p>The PDS is issued by the underwriter and describes the terms, conditions, exclusions and sums insured for the specific policy. We provide the relevant PDS at the time we quote a policy.</p> \ <h3>Complaints and dispute resolution</h3> \ <p>If you have a complaint, contact us first on 03 9597 0357 or via the <a href=\"/contact/\">contact form</a>.
