          <p>This website at www.workconditioning.com.au (the Site) is operated by Rehab Options Work Conditioning Pty Ltd (referred to as "Rehab Options", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.</p>
          <p>The Site is designed, built and maintained on behalf of Rehab Options by <a href="https://enotia.com.au" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Enotia Australasia Pty Ltd</a>.</p>

<h2>2. Use of the Site</h2>
          <p>The Site provides general information about our exercise physiology, physiotherapy, conditioning and assessment services. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, and you must not use it in any way that is fraudulent, harmful, or interferes with its operation or security.</p>

          <p>Content on the Site is provided for general information. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it does not take account of the circumstances of any particular workplace, worker or claim. Engagements with Rehab Options are governed by the service agreement applicable to that engagement, not by the content of this Site. Workers compensation legislation differs between jurisdictions and changes over time; always seek advice on your specific situation.</p>

          <p>All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs and page design, is owned by or licensed to Rehab Options and is protected by Australian copyright and trade mark law. You may view, download and print pages for your personal or internal business use. You must not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute or republish any part of the Site without our prior written consent.</p>
